Nail gun(nailing machines) are essential hand tools in carpentry, construction and other industries. They can be divided into two categories: direct-acting nail guns and indirect-acting nail guns. The nail gun has its own power source, which has the advantages of fast operation speed and short construction period.

Functional use
A nail gun is a modern fastening technology product that can shoot nails. It is an essential hand tool for carpentry, construction, etc. Used for the firm connection of doors, windows, insulation boards, sound insulation layers, decorations, pipes, steel and other components. Parts, woodwork, etc., to base.
The Nail Gun Features
Button technology is an advanced modern fastening technology. Compared with traditional methods such as pre-embedded fixation, drilling and pouring, bolt connection, and welding, it has many advantages: it has its own power supply, eliminating the burden of wires and air ducts, making it convenient on site and highly reliable. High-altitude operation; fast operation speed and short construction period, greatly reducing labor intensity; reliable and safe operation, and can even solve some construction problems that were difficult to solve in the past; saving money and reducing construction costs.
Tool classification
Nail machines can be divided into two categories according to their working principles: direct-action nail guns and indirect-action nail guns.
Direct action nail gun
Direct-acting nail guns use gunpowder gas to act directly on the nails to push them. Therefore, the nail leaves the nail tube with a high speed (about 500 meters/second) and power.
The gunpowder gas in an indirect action nail gun does not act directly on the nail, but on the piston inside the nail gun, transferring energy to the nail through the piston. Therefore, the nail exits the nail tube with a lower velocity. There is a significant difference in the speed at which direct-action and indirect-action nail guns shoot nails. The direct-acting nail guns can shoot nails more than 3 times faster than indirect nail guns. It can also be seen that for an indirect action nail gun, the energy generated by shooting the nail is divided into the energy of the nail and the mass of the piston rod, of which the energy of the piston rod accounts for the majority. Due to the differences in the principles and structures of direct-acting nail guns and indirect-acting nail guns, their use effects are also very different. The former has obvious weaknesses. In some cases, it not only has poor reliability, but may also damage the infrastructure and may cause personal safety accidents in severe cases.
Therefore, except for special circumstances, direct-acting nail guns are generally not used, but indirect nail guns are used. The reliability and security of the latter are much superior. In terms of use, some nail guns are only suitable for repairing steel ingot molds, fixing insulation boards, and hanging signs in the metallurgical industry, so they are called special nail guns, while some nail guns are suitable for various industries, so they are also called A universal nail gun.
