DRIVE PIN
A drive pin is a fastener that is driven into a building structure using a propellant from a blank cartridge. It usually consists of a nail and a washer or plastic retaining ring. The washers and plastic retaining rings are used to secure the nail in the barrel of the nail gun to prevent it from straying during firing.
Meaning: A nail driven into something such as wood or a wall.
Core hardness: HRC 52-57
How to use: Use the nail gun or hammer to insert into the object.
The function of nails is to drive them into base materials such as concrete or steel plates to fasten the connection.
The nails are generally made of 60# steel, which has been heat treated and the core hardness of the finished product is HRC52-57. They can penetrate Q235 steel plates with a thickness of 0.6mm-0.8mm.
Using nails requires specialized tools: The nail gun and The powder load.
The nail gun is a modern advanced nail-shooting fastening technology. Compared with traditional methods such as embedded fixation, drilling and injection, bolt connection, and welding, it has many advantages: self-powered, eliminating the burden of wires and air pipes, facilitating on-site and high-altitude operations; fast operation, shortening construction time, and greatly reducing labor intensity; reliable and safe, and can even solve some construction problems that were previously difficult to solve; saving money and reducing construction costs.
POWDER LOAD
“Powder load” are non-military ammunition containing gunpowder. They have strong penetrating power and are widely favored by the decoration industry. They He belongs to a common decoration tool
The main ingredients of nail polish box: Nitrocellulose.
Types of nail clipper tubes: Common models on the market include S1, S3, S4, S5, etc.
Common colors are black, red, yellow, green, and white, and the power ranges from high to low.
PRECAUTIONS
1. People who use nail barrels must correctly select the model and color of the nail cartridge and follow the instructions provided with the nails, nail cartridge, and nail guns.
2. Avoid exposing the powder loads near high-temperature objects, such as hot steel ingots, hot steel molds or furnaces, etc. Keep a safe distance and do not heat directly. It is strictly forbidden to place the nail barrel or nail gun on high-temperature objects.
3. Don’t give the nail cartridge to unauthorized persons or children. When not in use, store the nail cartridge properly.
4. Don’t knock on the nail cartridge casually, and don’t mix nails or other hard objects that may cause friction into it.
5. When not in use, do not easily remove the safety on the nail gun with a nail cartridge installed; if the nail gun malfunctions, please remove the nail cartridge before trying to repair it.
6. If the nail barrel fails to fire during the firing process, wait 5 seconds before moving the nail gun away.
